The position requires 3 years’ physician office experience and strong supervisory and interpersonal skills. Location at 13603 N 46th Street, Tampa, FL, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in a physician office setting.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Responsible for personnel supervision and daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations and personnel in the practice.
• Manages scheduling and access for patients.
• Provides reports to leadership and supports policy implementation.
• Oversees compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintains familiarity with practice management systems and EMR.
