Job summary

Pinnacle Plastic Surgery is seeking an operator to own and run day-to-day operations across our Bluffton, Beaufort and Rincon offices. You will build systems, teams, and standards so providers can focus on patient care while owners focus on growth.

We are looking for a builder and a leader who can drive staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and front-office performance. You will work closely with billing, compliance, and vendors to keep the business healthy and will partner with ownership on

We're a fast-growing, physician-owned dermatology, plastic surgery, and aesthetics group in the South Carolina Lowcountry, and we're hiring an operator to own and run day-to-day operations across our offices — so our providers can focus on patients and our owners can focus on growth.

This isn't a caretaker seat. You'll have real latitude to build: systems, team, and standards across multiple locations and three service lines (dermatology, plastic surgery, and our PURE medspa). If you're the kind of operator who likes taking something good and making it run like a machine, this is that role.

What you'll own:

• Day-to-day operations across our Bluffton, Beaufort and Rincon offices
• Staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and team leadership
• Patient experience, flow, and front-office performance
• Partnering with billing/revenue cycle, compliance, and vendors to keep the business healthy
• Working directly with ownership on growth, new services, and expansion

What we're looking for:

• Multi-site or high-volume medical practice management experience — dermatology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, ASC, or dental/DSO; the operating model matters more than the specialty
• A builder and a leader people want to work for
• Strong with numbers, systems, and accountability
• Local to the Lowcountry/Savannah area, or ready to relocate
