Job summary

Pinnacle Plastic Surgery is seeking an operator to own and run day-to-day operations across our Bluffton, Beaufort and Rincon offices. You will build systems, teams, and standards so providers can focus on patient care while owners focus on growth.

We are looking for a builder and a leader who can drive staffing, scheduling, onboarding, and front-office performance. You will work closely with billing, compliance, and vendors to keep the business healthy and will partner with ownership on

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-site or high-volume medical practice management (dermatology/plastic surgery/ASC)
• Proven ability to build systems, teams and standards across locations
• Strong leadership with numbers, processes, and accountability

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across Bluffton, Beaufort and Rincon offices
• Lead staffing, scheduling, hiring, onboarding and team development
• Enhance patient experience, patient flow and front-office performance
• Coordinate with billing/revenue cycle, compliance and vendors to maintain healthy operations
• Partner with ownership on growth, new services and expansion
