Charleston Plastic Surgery is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to help lead our growing, multi-site plastic surgery practice and support the expansion of a new comprehensive aesthetic center in the North Area.

We are looking for a proven leader with experience across plastic surgery, aesthetics, and medical spa operations who understands both the clinical and business sides of a comprehensive cosmetic practice.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, or a comprehensive elective healthcare practice.
• Experience opening a new office, expanding into a new market, or launching a new service line.
• Strong understanding of the cosmetic patient journey and consultation conversion.
• Ability to recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
• Budget, vendor, inventory, and operational metrics management experience.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, accountable leadership style with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and launch a new market expansion from concept to operations.
• Oversee office design, budgets, purchasing, inventory, and vendor management.
• Staffing, onboarding, and team development.
• Set pricing, service offerings, workflows, and operational systems.

We are looking for a proven leader with experience across plastic surgery, aesthetics, and medical spa operations who understands both the clinical and business sides of a comprehensive cosmetic practice.

The Opportunity

This role will provide operational leadership for our established practices while taking a hands-on role in planning and launching a new market expansion. You will help take the new center from concept to fully operational practice—including:

• Office design, equipment, technology, and supplies
• Opening budgets, purchasing, inventory, and vendor management
• Staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and team development
• Pricing, service offerings, workflows, and operational systems
• Patient scheduling, consultation, lead management, and conversion
• Regulatory and operational readiness
• Transition from pre-opening to successful day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, or a comprehensive elective healthcare practice
• Experience across surgical, aesthetic, and med spa services strongly preferred
• Previous experience opening a new office, expanding into a new market, or launching a new service line highly desired
• Strong understanding of the cosmetic patient journey and consultation conversion
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen and experience managing budgets, vendors, inventory, and operational metrics
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on, accountable leadership style and the ability to manage multiple priorities

Compensation: Highly competitive salary + performance-based incentive compensation
