Fair Haven Community Health Care seeks a Practice Manager to lead multiple health center locations, overseeing access services and optimizing scheduling to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 3+ years of medical practice management. Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and Epic scheduling is essential, with focus on staff development and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Three+ years progressive management experience in a medical practice or integrated health system.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, scheduling systems, and staffing protocols.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and day-to-day challenges for one or more FHCHC locations.
• Lead patient access teams to ensure efficient appointment scheduling and registration.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to align schedules with patient demand.
• Design scheduling templates to optimize clinician and staff utilization; monitor KPIs.
• Ensure adequate staffing during extended hours and maintain seamless care delivery.
• Address staffing shortages and unexpected changes with contingency plans.
• Improve patient flow and reduce wait times through data-driven adjustments.
• Train staff on policies, compliance, and best practices; foster teamwork.
• Track staffing efficiency, patient satisfaction, and other metrics for reporting.
