Job summary

EPIC Health is seeking a Practice Manager to lead a high-performing primary care clinic. You will oversee daily operations, staff performance, patient flow, and financial health while driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare operations leadership, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with EHRs and workflow optimization.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare operations leadership in primary care or outpatient settings.
• Proven experience leading clinical and administrative teams.
• Experience managing clinic operations, staffing, patient flow, scheduling, and finances.
• Strong understanding of operational metrics, provider productivity, and workflow optimization.
• Experience implementing process improvements and driving operational change.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with EHRs and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a busy primary care practice.
• Ensure efficient patient flow, provider productivity, and operational consistency.
• Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, trainings, and performance reviews.
• Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Recruit, coach, and retain high-performing staff.
• Champion patient experience and satisfaction initiatives.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership across functions.
