The role focuses on efficient workflow, excellent patient experience, and adherence to PCMH accreditation standards where applicable. The candidate will lead staff scheduling, HR processes, and privacy compliance in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; associate degree in healthcare or business administration preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• In lieu of degree, minimum 5 years experience in administrative/clinic management.

Responsibilities

• Provide a positive patient experience by ensuring timely appointments and clear communication with providers.
• Improve workflow efficiency through technology and care coordination.
• Communicate operations, policies and procedures to physicians and staff.
• Assign staff to tasks to ensure calls are answered, screened, and messages properly recorded.
• Serve as HIPAA Privacy Officer and ensure required training and timely breach reporting.
• Collaborate with HR for interviewing and onboarding staff.
