Fair Haven Community Health Care is seeking a Practice Manager to lead operations across one or more health center locations in New Haven, CT. You will oversee access services, scheduling, staffing, and performance improvement initiatives to ensure timely patient care and satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate with clinicians and administrative staff to optimize schedules, implement staffing plans, and monitor KPIs.
The Practice Manager will provide leadership, management and oversight of the practice operations of one or more of our health center locations and be will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all aspects of access services while maximizing resource utilization to ensure high-quality care delivery and patient satisfaction.
Reporting to the Sr. Practice Manager, the Practice Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for site operations and day-to-day challenges. Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Bachelor's degree required; equivalent experience may be considered. Three or more years progressive management experience in a medical practice or integrated health system is also required. Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, scheduling systems, and staffing protocols with demonstrated skills in implementing process improvements to enhance access and streamline workflows is essential.
