Beth Israel Deaconess - Milton is seeking a Practice Operations Manager to join onsite at the Quincy Care Center in Quincy, MA. The role oversees the Urgent Care and Medical Specialties departments and manages building operations to ensure quality and efficiency in practice operations.

Reporting to the Nurse Director/Practice Administrator, you will lead staff, develop workflows, and coordinate with hospital departments to maintain service levels across seven days of operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or healthcare field experience.
• 1–2 years of practice management experience in medical settings.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of Urgent Care and Medical Specialties departments.
• Supervise staff schedules and onboarding of support staff.
• Develop and implement operational workflows and processes.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with departments (Radiology, Lab, IT, etc.) for building operations.
• Lead marketing and outreach initiatives.
