You will report to the Nurse Director/Practice Administrator and supervise non-clinical and programs staff while coordinating with imaging, lab, IT, and other hospital services. The role emphasizes implementing workflows, revenue cycle, onboarding of providers, and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• Min Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred or experience in the healthcare field.
• Master’s Degree in healthcare preferred.
• Min Experience: 1-2 years practice management experience in a medical office and/or ambulatory setting.
• 1-2 years supervisory experience required.
• License/Certification: Current CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Urgent Care and Medical Specialties Departments.
• Manage staff, scheduling, onboarding, and staff development.
• Coordinate building operations and revenue cycle with hospital partners.
• Foster open communication and collaboration across departments.
