AEG Vision is seeking an Assistant Practice Manager to support daily operations, patient flow, and team coordination on the practice floor. This hands-on developmental leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care while building a strong, collaborative team.

You will learn across practice functions such as patient care coordination, optical sales and service, and technician support, with opportunities to expand responsibility and leadership over time.

Aufgaben

• Support Practice Manager with daily operations, patient flow, and service execution.
• Work on the practice floor assisting across functions to support patient care and operational execution.
• Learn and support roles such as patient care coordination, optical sales/service, and technician/clinical support.
• Assist with onboarding, training, workflow changes, and team development.
• Be the designated practice point of contact in the Practice Manager’s absence when assigned.
