You will lead administrative and clinical staff, manage budgets and staffing, and implement policies to meet patient and physician needs.

This role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication as you drive performance and patient satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Education: Associate degree in Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the physician practice.
• Supervise front desk, medical records, nursing, and ancillary staff.
• Develop and monitor clinic budgets and objectives.
• Lead staff recruitment, training and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, licensure, and accreditation requirements.
• Coordinate provider schedules and optimize clinic utilization.
