Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and supervise practice staff using a balanced scorecard.
• Schedule physicians and staff and manage leave requests.
• Recommend equipment and supplies and order as needed.
• Prepare and submit the annual budget.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Public Relations to enhance clinic image.
• Maintain efficient patient flow and positive working relationships with staff and patients.
• Represent the facility to the business community.
• Develop plans for new programs and research opportunities for Director review.
• Handle daily banking, invoicing, and audits of charts/policies.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, develop, and evaluate staff.
