JHHS - Jewish Hospital - UMC in Louisville, KY is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations of the physician practice, coordinating administrative and clinical staff to deliver efficient patient care.

You will supervise front desk, medical records, nursing, and ancillary services, manage scheduling and budgeting, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement internal policies while supporting physicians and ensuring staffing meets patient needs.

Qualifications

• Three of the four below need to be met.
• Required Education: Associate degree in Healthcare Administration preferred; Clinical certificate/license (CCMA, LPN, RN…).
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet business and financial goals and patient/employee satisfaction.
• Provide supervision to staff while the clinic is in operation.
• Prepare, monitor clinic budget, goals and objectives with input from staff.
• Lead and develop a team including hiring, training and development, salary recommendations.
• Manage provider and schedule utilization and monitor wait times and attendance.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance across the practice.
