Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field with emphasis in Healthcare Administration preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• One year of supervisory experience in practice management.
• 3–5 years practice management or practice administrator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets business, financial, patient satisfaction and employee satisfaction goals.
• Provides supervision to staff while the clinic is operating.
• Prepare, monitor, and manage the clinic budget and objectives.
• Lead, hire, train and develop clinic staff.
