Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a Practice Manager of Operations for TFD-Westchester in Westchester, IL. The PMO will partner with Doctors to drive operational excellence and patient care, leading a fast-paced, customer-centered team.

The role emphasizes developing leaders, aligning goals, and delivering strong team performance through regular huddles, coaching, and strategic planning. Monday–Friday schedule, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree or 3-5 years’ leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Strong communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and identify problems and develop solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach PMO teams to drive operational excellence.
• Develop and pursue annual top 10 business goals and personal development goals.
• Align doctors and teams through servant leadership and structured meetings.
• Onboard new hires and partner with recruiting and support offices.
• Support doctors with quarterly and annual financial planning and CE scheduling.
