Penn Medicine Valley Forge is seeking an Administrator, Practice Operations to provide strategic operational leadership across clinical, financial, regulatory, quality, human resources and patient satisfaction for the Cancer Center.

The role involves managing staff, scheduling and billing processes, coordinating services across facilities, driving quality improvement, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with leadership to meet budget goals and improve patient experience.

Qualifications

• Associate of Arts or Science (Required).
• 7+ years relevant experience, including at least 5 years prior management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Degrees may be considered in lieu of total experience.
• In lieu of completion of an Associate’s degree, candidates with 11+ years of total experience will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Internal Relationships: regularly meets with employees to improve communication and to build productive relationships. Solicits feedback on how to improve performance and provides constructive feedback.
• External Relationships: build relationships with staff, physicians, patients, and patient families to gauge satisfaction and ensure service excellence.
• Strategic Planning: supports entity leadership in developing and implementing the strategic plan and budget for the practice.
• Patient Care Processes: ensures patient care processes deliver high quality and efficient care, provides coverage when needed, and supports a safe environment.
• Recruitment & Retention: selects staff aligned with UPHS values and ensures appropriate orientation and training.
• Performance Management: defines work expectations, recognizes performance, and conducts annual appraisals.
