The candidate will lead ancillary staff, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and collaborate with the Practice/Clinical Manager to optimize processes and patient experiences.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years outpatient clinic experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Medical Assistant or EMT certification is required.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with EMR systems (scheduling) highly valued.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills essential.

Aufgaben

• Support the Practice Manager with daily operational needs.
• Provide staffing coverage and backup as needed.
• Assign physician rooms and manage provider schedules.
• Maintain inventory of office and medical supplies.
• Ensure policy compliance and performance standards.
• Support patient transitions and coordinate with Penn Transfer System.
