Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a dedicated administrator for the Doylestown surgery center to oversee office and billing activities, supervise staff, and align operations with the Director and physicians in charge. The role emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include financial planning, AR management, and ensuring OSHA, HIPAA, and Medicare standards are met, while driving quality and service improvements across the center.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 4 years medical office experience.
• Experience with eClinical Works, Navinet and Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, and others).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all office and billing activities.
• Provide leadership to office staff and support to the Director and physician in charge of the practice.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation and Medicare participation parameters; suggest revised policies/procedures as necessary.
• Monitor financial plan and accounts receivable; control expenses and optimize budget.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and patient flow within the surgery center.
