Valley Health seeks an experienced Practice Manager to direct daily operations, plan and implement programs that maximize patient access and provider efficiency across assigned locations.

The role develops staffing structures to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction, and may participate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care within the Valley Health network and affiliated hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of practice experience is required.
• Minimum years of physician practice experience.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of professional coding, billing or revenue cycle preferred.
• ACMPE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations and develop, plan and implement programs to maximize patient access and provider efficiency.
• Develop staffing structures to meet goals of high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
