Job summary

Valley Health seeks an experienced Practice Manager to direct daily operations, plan and implement programs that maximize patient access and provider efficiency across assigned locations.

The role develops staffing structures to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction, and may participate in multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care within the Valley Health network and affiliated hospitals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of practice experience is required.
• Minimum years of physician practice experience.
• Minimum one year supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of professional coding, billing or revenue cycle preferred.
• ACMPE certification preferred.

Job Description

Practice Manager will direct daily operations, develop, plan & implement programs and systems to maximize patient access and provider efficiency for their assigned practice locations. The Practice Manager is responsible for developing and supporting processes that deliver a superior patient experience and high quality care and services.

The Practice Manager will develop staffing structures that best meet the goals of high-quality care and patient satisfaction. The Practice Manager may participate in multidisciplinary teams and to plan, implement and facilitate programs in the delivery of coordinated care throughout the Valley Health physician network and affiliate hospitals.

Education

Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years of practice experience required

Experience

Certification & Licensures

American College of Medical Practice Executives Certification (ACMPE) preferred
