LifeStance Health is seeking a Lead Practice Coordinator to oversee front office activities across assigned locations in Port Washington. You will ensure high-quality patient service for in-person and telehealth visits, manage scheduling, payments, and documentation.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and HIPAA compliance, with opportunities to mentor staff and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in healthcare operations or related role.
• Associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front office daily activities across practice locations.
• Ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients.
• Manage patient check-in/out and scheduling.
• Verify insurance eligibility and collect co-pays.
• Collaborate with clinicians and staff to achieve KPIs.
• Support onboarding and training of new coordinators.
