LifeStance Health in Port Washington, WI is seeking a Lead Practice Coordinator to oversee front office activities across practice locations. You will ensure excellent patient service for in-person and telehealth visits, guide staff, and support clinicians with administrative duties, scheduling, and billing inquiries.

Able to travel between locations and maintain HIPAA-compliant, professional, and empathetic patient interactions. This role emphasizes teamwork and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a healthcare operations role or 1+ year exceptional performance in similar setting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front office daily activities for assigned practice group locations.
• Ensure quality customer service for in-person and remote patients and clinicians.
• Coordinate with clinicians and staff to maintain smooth front desk operations.
• Lead onboarding and training for new Practice Coordinators joining the organization.
• Ensure front office coverage across the Practice Group and fill vacancies as needed.
• Manage patient payments, scheduling, and insurance eligibility verification.
