Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in health care administration, public health, or business administration.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with Physicians, staff, and patients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in health care software and office technology.
• Demonstrated leadership, motivation, and training abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Financial and accounting literacy; knowledge of finance best practices.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations to ensure smooth, efficient performance.
• Collaborate with Physicians to maintain quality patient care.
• Supervise revenue cycle workflows and practice performance against MMG initiatives.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, schedules, and evaluations.
• Oversee inventory of medications and medical equipment; arrange resupply.
• Ensure safety, security, and occupational health standards.
• Address patient complaints per MMG policy and improve patient experience.
• Partner with providers to meet performance targets and growth strategies.
• Lead practice committees and engage staff in operational decisions.
