Job summary

Methodist Health System seeks an Office Manager to supervise daily facility operations and partner with physicians to maintain high‑quality patient care. You will lead front‑end revenue cycle workflows, oversee budgets, and drive staff performance and engagement across assigned practices.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance evaluations, and collaborating with providers to achieve operational and financial targets. Travel between sites is possible as needed.

• Computer literacy and knowledge of relevant health care and administrative software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front end revenue cycle workflows to support practice revenue.
• Round with staff daily to maintain MMG standards and staff engagement.
• Ensure MMG performance reports and operating budgets are prepared and monitored.
• Coordinate with MMG leadership on annual operating budgets and strategy.
• Manage patient experience and access at assigned practice locations.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; oversee staffing and schedules.
