Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, public health, health information management or business administration preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Financial and accounting skills; knowledge of finance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front end revenue cycle workflows to achieve key practice indicators.
• Coordinate with MMG leadership on annual operating budget and monitor performance to budget.
• Hire, train, monitor, retain staff and conduct annual evaluations.
• Manage patient experience and access at the assigned practice.
• Oversee inventory of medications and medical equipment; ensure resupply and maintenance.
