Responsibilities

  • Serves as primary contact for patient appointment scheduling and may collaborate with centralized teams.
  • Maintains provider and resource schedules using Epic and related tools.
  • Supports department goals for patient access and metrics.
  • Coordinates with clinical teams to ensure information and resources for patient care are available.
  • Responds to Epic InBasket messages, emails, and scheduling inquiries.
  • Manages recall lists, wait lists, and appointment referrals to optimize schedule utilization.
