Job summary

Charleston Plastic Surgery in Charleston, SC seeks a seasoned Practice Administrator to lead operations across our growing, multi-site practice and to help launch a new aesthetic center in the North Area.

You will oversee office design, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, vendor management, and regulatory readiness while building a day-to-day operation from the ground up. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and incentive potential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, or a comprehensive elective healthcare practice.
• Experience across surgical, aesthetic, and med spa services strongly preferred.
• Previous experience opening a new office, expanding into a new market, or launching a new service line highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for our established practices while planning and launching a new market expansion.
• Oversee office design, equipment, technology, and supplies.
• Opening budgets, purchasing, inventory, and vendor management.
• Staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and team development.
• Pricing, service offerings, workflows, and operational systems.
• Patient scheduling, consultation, lead management, and conversion.
• Regulatory and operational readiness.
• Transition from pre-opening to day-to-day operations.
