Charleston ENT & Allergy is seeking an experienced Practice Administrator to lead a growing, multi-site plastic surgery practice and support the expansion of a new comprehensive aesthetic center in the North Area.

We want a proven leader with expertise across plastic surgery, aesthetics, and medical spa operations who understands both clinical and business sides of a cosmetic practice. The role includes planning and launching a new market expansion and guiding pre-opening to daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in plastic surgery, aesthetics, medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, or a comprehensive elective healthcare practice.
• Experience opening a new office, expanding into a new market, or launching a new service line.
• Strong business acumen with budgets, vendors, inventory, and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for established practices while launching a new market expansion.
• Oversee office design, equipment, technology, purchasing, budgets, and vendor management.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
• Define pricing, service offerings, workflows, and operational systems.
• Coordinate patient scheduling, lead management, and conversion.
• Ensure regulatory and operational readiness and smooth day-to-day transitions.
