Graff Orthodontics is seeking a dependable, tech-savvy Practice Operations & Team Lead to guide our close-knit team and daily operations. This hands-on leader will partner with the doctor, support the team, and bring clear communication, consistency, and respectful accountability to the practice.

In this role you will manage daily operations, coordinate staffing and scheduling, oversee payroll and budgets, and support patient experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in orthodontic, dental or healthcare leadership.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through.
• Comfortable with payroll, practice finances, and performance reports; treatment coordination experience helpful.

Responsabilités

Overview

Graff Orthodontics is seeking a dependable, tech-savvy Practice Operations & Team Lead to guide our close-knit team and daily operations. This hands-on leader will partner with the doctor, support the team, and bring clear communication, consistency, and respectful accountability to the practice.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily practice operations, staffing, scheduling, patient flow, supplies, and administrative follow-through
• Coach and support the team, set clear expectations, and address concerns fairly and directly
• Manage employee payroll and assist with budgets, expenses, performance measures, and financial records
• Serve as the backup Treatment Coordinator when needed, supporting consultations, financial presentations, and patient follow-up
• Partner with the doctor and leadership to improve systems, team development, patient experience, and practice performance

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• 7:45 AM-5:00 PM

What We’re Looking For

• Three or more years of experience in orthodontic, dental, or healthcare leadership preferred
• Approachable, confident leader with strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and follow-through
• Comfortable with payroll, practice finances, and performance reports; treatment coordination experience preferred
• Highly tech-savvy, quick to learn software, and comfortable troubleshooting routine computer issues
• Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
