McGrory Orthodontics, in partnership with Southern Orthodontic Partners, seeks a Practice Manager to oversee daily operations and drive team performance. This role partners with leadership to ensure exceptional patient care, operational excellence, and financial performance.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of orthodontic/dental practice management, strong communication skills, and business acumen to manage payroll, budgets, and compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of orthodontic or dental practice management experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills.
• Strong business acumen, including P&L and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and cultivate a high-performing, patient-centered practice culture aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
• Oversee daily office operations, workflows, and administrative systems.
• Manage team scheduling, payroll, performance, and accountability.
• Monitor and drive KPIs, revenue goals, and bonus tracking.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives and patient growth strategies.
• Ensure compliance with payer policies, regulatory standards, and clinical protocols.
• Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and financial processes.
• Maintain accurate patient experience standards, addressing concerns and feedback.
• Conduct regular audits (charts, communications, A/R, and operational metrics).

Full-Time | $65,000 - $85,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced and results-drive Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and support exceptional patient care. This role partners closely with the Regional Director of Operations and clinical leadership to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and a strong, team-focused culture.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of orthodontic or dental practice management experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team development skills
• Strong business acumen, including P&L and financial analysis

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, and walking
• Manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 30lbs
• Occasional bending or reaching
