Phoenix Children’s is seeking a Practice Manager for the Resource Pool to lead a large team of Medical Assistants and Technicians across ambulatory clinics. You will oversee staffing deployment, clinical practice standards, employee development, and performance management to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

The role partners with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize workflows, training, and engagement while driving operational excellence and cost controls across divisions.

Formación

• Proven leadership of large teams in ambulatory settings.
• Strong operations and staffing coordination skills.
• Experience with budgets and financial planning in healthcare.
• Knowledge of patient flow, scheduling, and clinic operations.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates 24-hour accountability for workflow and operations.
• Coordinates daily operations and schedules across clinical and non-clinical services.
• Monitors staffing levels and adjusts resources for patient acuity and volume.
• Resolves patient, staff, physician, and vendor concerns promptly.
• Leads process improvements to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Supports MA externship programs and recruitment pipelines.
• Oversees budgeting, billing, coding, and reimbursement operations.
