Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's in Business, Health Administration or related field.
• 3 years of management experience OR 2 years of PC leadership experience.
• Experience managing pediatric clinics.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to develop partnerships and high-functioning teams across units.

Aufgaben

• Oversees daily operations for designated services with 24-hour accountability.
• Coordinates staffing, scheduling and use of nursing and support staff.
• Ensures patient access, satisfaction and resolution of concerns.
• Monitors workflow, performance and overall practice operations for productivity.
• Manages budgets, billing operations and credentialing in collaboration with leadership.
