The Lead will guide workflow, assist with patient care as needed, and coordinate onboarding and training. Strong MA background and clinical leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Medical Assistant program accredited by CAAHEP, ABHES, or approved by the Department of Education.
• MA certification from CMA or AMT in lieu of graduation from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Provide floor leadership for clinic operations, including scheduling, room oversight, staffing, and compliance monitoring.
• Assist with direct patient care as a working Medical Assistant when needed; communicate with families and staff with a caring attitude.
• Supervise staff, monitor competency, and report concerns to management; ensure policy adherence and quality audits.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of staff; support preceptor activities and service excellence expectations.
• Collaborate daily with leads, managers, nurses, and physicians to ensure smooth patient flow and quality care.
