Phoenix Children's is seeking a Lead Medical Assistant to support the Float Pool. This role performs all MA duties and serves as the resource lead for non-licensed staff, guiding day-to-day clinic operations and ensuring safety, quality, and workflow efficiency.

You will collaborate with management, nurses, and physicians, lead daily huddles, supervise staff, and help with onboarding and training. Full-time, dayshift, located in Phoenix.

Responsibilities

• Provides floor leadership to assigned clinic(s).
• Assists with direct patient care and functions as a working lead.
• Leads daily huddles for efficient clinical and service operations.
• Supervises staff, monitors competency, and ensures policy adherence.
• Supports onboarding and training of staff as a preceptor.
• Collaborates with management, RN/NP/physician leads to ensure smooth patient flow.
