Trinity Health IHA Medical Group in Michigan is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee clinical and administrative operations across the practice(s), focusing on profitability, revenue goals and CORE metrics while ensuring access for patients and high-quality care.

You will lead staff, recruit and coach, drive process improvements, maintain scheduling, supervise performance, and support quality initiatives in a mission-driven, patient-centered environment in Southeast Michigan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 1-2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Practice Management Certification or other relevant certifications preferred.
• Minimum 2 years leadership experience in a medical office or related role.

Responsabilités

• Directs internal practice operations; creates benchmarks, tracks and reports progress.
• Researches process improvements and implements changes.
• Collaborates with the SMD, providers and practice management to develop vision and CORE Work plan.
• Supports recruitment, hiring, orientation, training and coaching of staff.
• Maintains scheduling, time and attendance for staff.
• Evaluates staff performance and manages promotions or disciplinary actions.
• Ensures physician documentation and coding audit program.
• Supports quality improvement initiatives and disease management programs.
