Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a Practice Manager for the MS Center to oversee operations across assigned practices, focusing on office productivity, patient satisfaction, and expense management. The role advances process improvements to boost efficiency and patient experience.

The candidate will manage staffing, scheduling, onboarding, training, and compliance, including HIPAA, while driving performance and budget adherence in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of medical practice management experience required.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Results oriented with attention to detail.
• Identify improvement opportunities to enhance quality and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the office.
• Manages office operations to maximize patient access and satisfaction, and timely collection of co-payments.
• Utilizes the N’Thrive tool to manage schedule density, collection of co-payments and other key operational metrics.
• Responsible for managing the budgeted expenses for assigned practices.
• Manages human resources activities: hiring, on-boarding, coaching and performance management for assigned practices.
• Ensures proper orientation and ongoing training of new and existing staff members.
• Researches and resolves patient and provider complaints in a timely manner.
• Leads the implementation of process improvement initiatives in assigned practices.
• Ensures practices are adhering to all compliance, risk management and HIPPA requirements.
