AEG Vision is seeking a Practice Manager for our Aurora location to lead daily operations, coach staff, and drive top-line sales. You will partner with OD colleagues to ensure high-quality eye care and patient experiences, while upholding company standards and profitability targets.

The role requires 3-5 years of leadership experience and a business or hospitality management degree, with optician certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related management field.
• Optician certification is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the practice team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.
• Drive top-line sales and profitability while controlling payroll expenses.
• Collaborate with OD partners to ensure high-quality eye exams and services.
• Maintain adherence to company policies and the handbook guidelines.
• Identify and recruit top talent aligned with AEG’s values.
• Partner with District Manager to meet financial plans and growth.
