Corus Orthodontists’ i-Orthodontics in Lone Tree, CO is seeking a Practice Manager to lead our multi-location team at the Lone Tree hub.

This full-time onsite role oversees daily operations, HIPAA compliance, budgets, scheduling, and patient flow while partnering with People & Culture to recruit and develop staff. You’ll bring a Bachelor’s in business, 3+ years in healthcare leadership, and a passion for service, with competitive rewards and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, office administration, or related field.
• Experience leading a team and coaching for success with strong communication skills.
• 3+ years in dental or healthcare environments is an asset.
• Strong organizational and change management capabilities.
• Financial stewardship including monitoring expenditures and fiduciary responsibilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
• Comfort representing the practice at community events and building positive relationships.
• Proficiency with basic technology tools and office software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily practice operations across multiple locations, including scheduling and patient correspondence.
• Manage compliance with HIPAA/PIPA, OSHA, and other standards.
• Optimize patient flow and chair utilization for a seamless patient experience.
• Monitor budgets, accounts receivable, and month-end reconciliation.
• Process insurance payments and refunds accurately.
• Support marketing initiatives and community event representation.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Talent Acquisition on recruiting and onboarding.
• Lead team training and ongoing professional development.
• Promote exceptional patient care and promptly resolve inquiries.
• Coordinate with doctors and support teams to improve performance and efficiency.
• Facilitate daily huddles and team meetings.
