Lone Star Pediatric Dental & Braces in Bee Cave is hiring an experienced Operations Manager to lead daily operations for our pediatric dental and orthodontic practice. This role oversees front and back office teams and partners with HR, Marketing, Finance, and RCM to ensure smooth patient flow and strong financial performance.

• 5+ years of leadership or practice management experience.
• Dental experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach teams, manage operations, and support providers.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, train, and support front and back office teams.
• Manage daily operations for pediatric dentistry and orthodontics.
• Maintain a positive, high-performing office culture.
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Ensure strong patient experience, case acceptance, and patient retention.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, Finance, and RCM as needed.
• Monitor compliance, safety, and staff certifications.
• Meet practice performance goals, including NPS and financial targets.
