You will oversee operations, drive efficiency, improve patient access and satisfaction, and manage expenses. The role includes HR activities, staff training, and ongoing process improvements using the N'Thrive tool.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 5+ years in medical practice management, strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of medical practice management experience required.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills required.
• Demonstrated ability in leadership and managing a team.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor operations of assigned practices to improve efficiency and patient experience.
• Manage office productivity, expenses, and patient satisfaction; promote process improvements.
• Utilize N'Thrive tool to monitor schedule density, co-payments, and other metrics.
• Handle budgeting for the assigned practices and HR activities (hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management).
• Ensure proper orientation and ongoing staff training; resolve patient and provider complaints promptly.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance, risk management, and HIPAA adherence.
