Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5+ years of medical practice management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes work procedures and standards to improve efficiency and effectiveness in the office.
• Manages office operations to maximize patient access and satisfaction, and timely collection of co-payments.
• Utilizes the N'Thrive tool to manage schedule density and other key operational metrics.
• Responsible for managing budgeted expenses for assigned practices.
• Manages human resources activities: hiring, on-boarding, coaching and performance management.
• Ensures orientation and ongoing training of staff.
• Researches and resolves patient and provider complaints timely.
• Leads process improvement initiatives.
• Ensures compliance, risk management and HIPPA requirements.
