Job summary

The role requires 4+ years of management experience in healthcare/eyecare, strong financial acumen, and effective communication.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience, preferably in eyecare/healthcare
• Proven track record of delivering results and growth
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis
• Familiarity with technology, such as point-of-sale, patient record systems, and other software applications
• Strong communicator and listener
• College degree or equivalent (preferred)
• ABO Certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Works closely with managing and associate doctors to ensure the highest standard of patient care and workflow efficiency.
• Coaches and develops team members to deliver unsurpassed patient experiences.
• Recruits and builds a talent pipeline for succession.
• Monitors practice operations and provides on-the-job training.
• Analyzes practice financial data and recommends actions to improve profitability.
• Controls store profits and expenses through operations, insurance claim accuracy, and labor management.
• Drives change management and adoption of new technology and processes.
• Ensures safety programs are implemented and maintained.
• Supports weekend and evening schedules as needed.
• Adheres to attendance, timekeeping, and policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
