You will recruit, train and coach the team, maintain licensure and compliance, and establish a positive doctor-patient relationship, leveraging technology to ensure exceptional service and business results.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry with current license in good standing.
• Proven leadership/management experience in a retail optometry setting.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary optometric technology and practices.
• Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Solid understanding of business management principles.

Responsibilities

• Create vision and goals with regional/store leaders and ensure execution.
