LensCrafters is seeking a Managing Optometrist to lead the marketplace and drive the patient journey with exceptional care. You will deliver the brand promise, manage KPI targets, and ensure high-quality optometric services across the store and community.

You will recruit and develop staff, manage staffing levels, and maintain state licensure while upholding EssilorLuxottica standards and a total rewards approach. This role requires strong leadership and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry required.
• Demonstrated leadership/management skills.
• Knowledge of current Optometric technology & practices.
• Developed communication skills, both verbal & written.

• Forecasts staffing needs and manages scheduling to meet patient demand.
