Job summary

Peak Eye Care Salisbury, part of EssilorLuxottica Group, is seeking a Full-Time Store Manager to lead daily operations and ensure premium patient care. You will drive profitability, oversee staff, and implement new technologies and processes for improved patient experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, at least 4+ years in management, and a proven track record in healthcare/eyecare settings. Weekend/evening shifts are required depending on location, with a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 4+ years management/supervisory experience, preferably in eyecare/healthcare.
• Proven track record of delivering results and growth.
• Excellent business and financial acumen including operational analysis.
• Familiarity with technology, such as POS and patient record systems.
• Strong communicator and listener.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with managing and associate doctors to ensure high patient care and workflow efficiency.
• Leads team performance, coaching, and development to deliver excellent patient experiences.
• Recruits and builds a talent pipeline for succession.
• Monitors practice operations and provides on-the-job training per policy.
• Analyzes financial data and recommends steps to optimize profitability.
• Controls store profits and expenses including claims accuracy, labor, and supply ordering.
• Drives change management and adoption of new technology and processes.
• Ensures safety programs are implemented and maintained.
• Supports weekend and evening shifts as needed by location.
