Northeast Georgia Health System is seeking a Practice Manager II to oversee clinical operations, administration and staff across multiple locations. You will supervise registration, scheduling, charging, and back-office functions, ensuring patient-centric service and efficient workflows.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration with providers, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Strong communication, problem-solving, and training skills are essential, with Epic system experience

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum five years progressive medical office experience.
• Two years healthcare supervisory/lead experience.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain clinic operations across locations with efficient patient flow.
• Develop, monitor, and update provider scheduling templates in the practice management system.
• Supervise reception, scheduling, and back-office staff and ensure coverage during illness and vacations.
• Provide regular feedback, coaching, and performance evaluations to staff.
• Support credentialing process for new providers and monitor regulatory requirements.
• Assist in budgeting, purchasing, and revenue-management related tasks.
