Responsibilities

• Direct, supervise and coordinate daily activities of a physician practice and multiple locations.
• Oversee operations to ensure prompt and courteous patient treatment and efficient practice performance.
• Develop policies and procedures with upper management to maintain effective operations.
• Handle personnel issues including training, performance management and hiring decisions.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals of support staff; perform other duties as assigned.
