Practice Manager

Join Banfield Pet Hospital as a Practice Manager. In partnership with the chief of staff, you will manage day‑to‑day operations so the veterinary team can focus on delivering high‑quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and develop associates.
• Evaluate and improve hospital processes, progress, and productivity.
• Educate associates on Banfield guidelines, preventive care, and services.
• Manage budgeting and hospital planning.
• Handle daily operations, scheduling, time off, and continuing education.
• Collaborate with veterinary medical team, field and corporate leadership.
• Promote the hospital’s Optimum Wellness Plans to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
• Minimum of three years of related experience (health care, veterinary, service industry).
• Direct supervisory experience, including hiring and associate development.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem‑solving, conflict management, and analytical abilities.
• Leadership and knowledge of business processes.
