VCA Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Veterinary Practice Manager to oversee day-to-day hospital operations while fostering a high-quality veterinary care environment. The candidate will be responsible for hiring, developing associates, and ensuring positive client experiences.

VETERINARY Practice Manager– Full‑Time
Open for a minimum of two weeks from posting date. Pay range: $67,013 – $96,797 annually. The specific rate is based on experience, skill level, abilities, and education, and may vary by location and schedule.
In partnership with the chief of staff, the Practice Manager plays a vital role in the hospital, managing day‑to‑day operations so the medical team can focus on delivering the highest quality veterinary care. Your medical practice management skills will drive business results, and your people leadership skills will develop associates and foster an engaging team environment. Together with a team of knowledgeable pet health care experts, you’ll ensure that clients and patients have a positive experience when they visit the hospital. Through professional relationships with the veterinary medical team, field leadership, corporate headquarters and, where applicable,PetSmart® associates, you will help optimize the growth of both businesses. Education / Licenses: Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Experience: Three years of related experience required (health care, veterinary profession, service industry, etc.) including direct supervisory experience (hiring, associate development, etc.).
Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills; problem‑solving; conflict management; leadership and analytical know‑how; caring for those who care.
